The Product Head will be responsible for leading GEA’s core technology product ecosystem, including
ERP/CRM platforms and new digital initiatives. This strategic leadership role blends product innovation,

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10–15 years of IT/Technology experience in product or solution leadership roles

5–8 years managing product and engineering teams in fast-paced environments

Strong hands-on technical experience in:

Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks

Back-end: SQL, Python, Java (or equivalent)

Knowledge of product frameworks, discovery techniques, and Agile execution

Exposure to AI/ML technologies — ideally LLM-driven solutions
