Job Summary
The Product Head will be responsible for leading GEA’s core technology product ecosystem, including
ERP/CRM platforms and new digital initiatives. This strategic leadership role blends product innovation,
project delivery, and team management — ensuring we build intelligent, scalable, and user-centric
systems that enhance our business capabilities and student experience.
This position will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for GEA Group globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision

Define product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs

Evaluate emerging market and technology trends to drive product competitiveness

Lead discovery, feature prioritization, and product lifecycle from concept to deployment
Digital Transformation & Technology Delivery

Oversee full ERP and CRM implementations, upgrades, and integrations

Team & Stakeholder Enablement

Lead and mentor an in-house team of 3–5 engineers across backend, frontend, and full-stack

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10–15 years of IT/Technology experience in product or solution leadership roles

5–8 years managing product and engineering teams in fast-paced environments

Strong hands-on technical experience in:

Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks

Back-end: SQL, Python, Java (or equivalent)

Knowledge of product frameworks, discovery techniques, and Agile execution

Exposure to AI/ML technologies — ideally LLM-driven solutions

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management & strategic thinking skills

Experience in EdTech or SaaS will be an advantage.
