Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic education partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of B2B operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities that align with both client and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with key institutional and corporate clients

Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored partnership strategies

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction

Conduct market research to support business development and decision-making

Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and management

Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of sales or partnership targets

Represent the company in meetings, events, and conferences as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field

5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Strategic thinking with a focus on results and client satisfaction

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM tools experience is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
