Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic education partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of B2B operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities that align with both client and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key institutional and corporate clients

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored partnership strategies

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Conduct market research to support business development and decision-making

  • Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and management

  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of sales or partnership targets

  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and conferences as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Strategic thinking with a focus on results and client satisfaction

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM tools experience is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
